Season Kam OT Reg.(Ont.)
Registered Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist,
Relational Psychotherapy, Spiritual Counselling & Coaching
It’s been said that showing up for ourselves is the hardest, most important work we’ll ever do. Whether you find yourself here grieving a significant loss, processing a difficult life change, or simply wanting to explore a different way of relating to yourself and the people around you, I know that it takes courage to be here.
I am a Toronto-based occupational therapist and psychotherapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. My approach to therapy is relational and integrative, and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including narrative approaches, emotionally focused therapy, family systems, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and trauma-informed therapies.
I see therapy as a sort of pilgrimage to our authentic, integrated selves, sometimes in the face of darkness and grief. I believe that journeying through what feels difficult in our lives is part of the process of bringing our fullest and best into the world, and I would be honoured to support you in this journey.
