I am a registered psychotherapist. I am trained in Relational Psychotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and IFS. I offer sessions for adult individuals and couples. If you are feeling sad, anxious or if you are facing any others issues I can help. I believe that people have the capacity and resilience to work through issues and make their own decisions; however, from time to time we all need support and understanding. You are the expert of your life and together we will be able look at the things that you are facing in your relationships/work/life. I support people to strengthen their sense of self and improve relationships with others. In therapy we will develop the relational awareness which is an essential aspect of emotional well-being.
I work with mind/emotions/energy/body to bring a state of balance and peace to your whole being. Working together will help you with emotion regulation, with having clarity of mind and with understanding of the narrative that you hold. This understanding will empower you to make better decisions and have more fulfilling life.
I work with questions that arise about faith and spirituality. I use mindfulness in my sessions. I help clients cultivate compassion and acceptance for oneself and others, and I believe that from this place we can be more clear and see a way to take steps towards the life you want. I practice within a trauma-sensitive, anti-oppression framework.
