About Me
Jane is keen to journey with clients through their life difficulties and challenges, such as traumatic events, life changes, loss, and grief. She can also help them to identify their own feelings, emotions, values, faith, and strength to face their life problems causing stress, anxiety or depression. She is compassionate, ‘down to earth’ and professional. She is direct, positive, empathic, open-minded and client-centered, and she works with people from all backgrounds. She is especially good at addressing women’s issues, as well as working with people over the age of 50, and has her own wisdom and maturity from a life well lived. She is fluently bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). She has over 30 years experience working in the healthcare settings and has a systematic (oneness) approach to physical and mental health issues.
She has a passion for treating clients of all ages and is interested in both the therapeutic and prevention components of acupuncture therapy. She is professionally trained to use traditional acupuncture techniques for treating various symptoms and syndromes on the body as a whole. She is also experienced with managing soft tissue injuries and pain, such as painful joints, back pain and chronic headaches, as well as some medical and women-related illnesses such as sleep disorders, chronic gastritis, depression, and menstrual cramps. Her recent attempts have also included improving health and well-being through essential oils rain drop therapy, acupuncture cosmetics, energy healing and ancient Chinese health promotion methods.
Modality: Generally in person, but also available for telephone or video e.g. zoom.
