Earning my Honours BA at the University of Toronto gave me the knowledge and interest in the mind-body connection and its role in health and healing that led me to pursue a career in therapeutic touch and massage therapy. After graduating from ICT Kikkawa College and becoming licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario I went on to practice and gain experience in a variety of settings.
My experience has ranged from clinical massage with a focus on rehabilitation and therapeutic treatments to deeply relaxating treatments as featured in meditation spas. I've been a Teacher at the Royal Canadian College for Massage Therapy and I have actively practiced Onsite Massage at work/special events.
Personal experiences have led me to focus on therapeutic treatments for women. It is my goal to offer a safe space where women of all ages, shapes and sizes may find peace, quietude and a place that encourages inner healing.
Currently I operate my Women's Health Practice out of The Village Healing Centre on Roncesvalles Ave. and work one day a week at Pollack College Rehab where I focus on Motor Vehicle Accident and Work Injury rehabilitation therapy.
