Soul Tending is based on the notion that we all have within us a “Higher Self” that is attempting to realize itself over the course of our lifetime. This Higher Self is the great source of healing, wisdom, existential and spiritual guidance in our life.
Just as an acorn contains within it the code for its own unfolding, growth, and maturation into a mighty oak tree, so too do you contain the code for your own self-realization into a luminous being that radiates wisdom, love, inner wholeness, and existential purpose. Soul Tending brings you into alignment with this innate code, so that your true Self can unfold as it was meant to unfold.
The Higher Self’s birthing process is facilitated by the “soul.” The soul is an intermediary entity, standing between your conscious ego and your still-unconscious Higher Self that is attempting to become conscious. The soul acts as your guide in the birthing process. It is a messenger that transmits messages, guidance, and healing from your Higher Self to your ego.
The soul communicates through dreams and creative imagination, myth and art, visions and inspirations, feelings and intuition, synchronicities and slip-ups, desires and repulsions, joys and depressions, spiritual crisis and illness.
Soul Tending is the art of actively listening to these “soul messages,” actively deciphering and cultivating their symbolic guidance, and actively implementing their guidance in the realm of action, working always toward healing and self-realization.
