Sharing/subletting office space is encouraged and facilitated to allow part-time practitioners the ability to put down roots while allowing more flexibility.
I will try to match up people who would like to find others to share an office with.

~ The Studios ~

For available time in the Studios please see the Class Schedules
The Studios are approximately 20' x 80' (800 sq. ft.).
They will hold up to 14 people doing yoga and about 45 sitting.
The studios are surrounded by the VHC offices so all activities need to be relatively quiet and can not require privacy.

Advertising and Support

Each practitioner/instructor gets a profile page and descriptions of services on our website
There are Schedules and Directories in our waiting area with practitioner/instructor contact info
Class Schedule and Service Directory brochures with practitioner/instructor contact info

Although each practitioner and instructor is responsible for their own bookings and individual marketing, any responses to advertising requesting a particular service or information about a service, are answered and passed on to the appropriate person.

We provide free wireless internet.

Contract requirements:
The Village Healing Centre has a general liability and property insurance policy.
Tenants are required to have their own professional liability insurance. They are also required to be properly registered or licensed for their particular modality.

Location:
Located on one of the busiest corner on Roncesvalles Ave. Within one block, clients will find the public library, grocery store, 2 health food stores, 3 banks, toy store, pharmacy, and much more. There are also 4 public schools and a nursery school in the neighbourhood.
High park/Parkdale has the highest concentration of families and children in Canada, as well as a high percentage of young professionals.
Roncesvalles Village is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Toronto,

Pay It Forward:
Because the low rent combined with advertising, and being part of an active Centre is of such great value, the Centre requires its practitioners and teachers to offer their services for a more affordable price, (lower end of market value, sliding scale, etc).
My intention is not for practitioners to make less money.  In fact, I would like to see them make a better living.  A more affordable rate scale for clients results in more clients and more frequent treatments.  As part of a Centre with many different types of healing modalities, practitioners and teachers automatically promote one another.  Once clients are familiar with The Village Healing Centre, they are more inclined to use other services offered.
