My Mexican Indigenous roots bring a deep appreciation for the cycles of life and grief,
complemented by my ongoing study of Buddhist philosophy, Psychology, and
Thanatology. I also support Latin American individuals adjusting to life in Canada,
honoring cultural heritage while addressing challenges such as relationship changes, identity,
and self-confidence.
Sessions are available virtually for your convenience, with in-person appointments on
Thursdays. I speak English and Spanish, and my approach aims to foster a warm, genuine
connection — often sprinkled with a bit of humor.
