Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck is something many of us face. Life can be so hard, and seeking support is an incredible act of self care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many clients as they grow and make strides in their healing. 

As a therapist, I meet my clients where they are and support them in setting the pace of our work together, regardless of how big or small those concerns may feel. I encourage authenticity and leaning into the messy and at times uncomfortable feelings that come up day to day. Growth often happens when we can sit with those feelings in a safe space while practicing curiosity, kindness, and self-compassion. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships (couples), career stress, and parenting.

I often help clients explore how early relationships and experiences impact the stories we carry about ourselves and the world around us. While our pasts inform us, they do not define us; and every person has the potential for meaningful change.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto, along with certification and/or training in various therapeutic modalities including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed, and Attachment based approaches. I offer sessions virtually across Ontario or in-person at The Village Healing Centre in Roncesvalles, Toronto.

Individual Sessions: $130 
Couples Sessions: $200
