I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

I believe creativity is a way home to ourselves, and to what has been buried or forgotten. In a world that often asks us to fragment, to rush, or to silence parts of who we are, expressive arts therapy offers space to slow down and listen differently. Through movement, image, sound, and story, we can begin to reconnect with the wisdom in our bodies, tend to what’s been held in shadow, and imagine new ways of being.

I come to therapy through the arts, with a background as a professional dance artist and movement educator. I hold an MFA in Dance with a focus on improvisation and collaboration, and I hold a diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy from the CREATE Institute.

My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a belief in each person’s inner wisdom. I am especially interested in how we can notice the patterns that shape our lives, untangle what no longer serves us, and move toward greater freedom, connection, and ease.

I have supported individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including domestic violence, grief and loss, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and questions of identity and belonging. I have worked with children, youth, adults, and elders.

As a person of mixed heritage, I bring a lived understanding of cultural complexity, and I’m passionate about decolonial and anti-oppressive approaches to healing. My practice is informed by ongoing learning through organizations such as Dodem Kanonhsa, the Center for Babaylan Studies, and others focused on cultural reclamation and community healing.
I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities. I have a particular interest in working with caregivers, folks of mixed or diasporic identity (IBPOC/PGM), and anyone exploring self-worth, intergenerational healing, or cultural reconnection.

I use she/they pronouns and offer a free consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
